JAB Web Solutions Limited understands that privacy is paramount to the core of our business. We hope the following statement will help you understand how we obtain your data, what we use your data for, and how steps are taken to safeguard your personal information.

Information Collection
While navigating our website you are browsing "anonymously". JAB Web Solutions Limited do not log you into the website automatically if you are a customer or have visited before. Personal information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth etc.) is not collected as you browse.
Our website may request details from you if you are signing up for an account or obtaining a quote, during this process you will be taken to a secure section of the website (refer to security). When submitting banking details, this will be done directly by our merchant account provider. We do not have access or keep information about your banking details.
Under no circumstances should you have to give information in any area where you can not guarantee a secure connection. If the site did not transfer you to the secure version before entering your information, or you feel that while browsing our website information was requested in a non-secure manor please note the URL (found in the address bar of your browser) and e-mail it to our Support Team via webmaster@jabwebsolutions.co.uk, or launch a ticket on our website, at which point an investigation will be launched.
Information, such as browser type, entry to the website, point of exit may be recorded to allow us to enhance our website and review our marketing strategies allowing us to provide you with a better customer experience. However, this information is not linked with any personal information, if available, and simply represents anonymous statistics.

Security
Areas of our website that need the input of personal data will require that a "secure session" be established first using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS).
Our website is secured using Thawte certificates, allowing you to guarantee the authenticity of the server you are connecting to. If there are any problems with the certificate or the 'server' you are connecting to, your browser should warn you before allowing you to fully connect.
Look for the padlock on your browser when visiting a secure area (type and location of the padlock is depending on the browser you are using) to ensure you are using a secure connection.
All parts of the site can be accessed via either unsecure or secure methods (i.e. switch between HTTP and HTTPS), although any form that requires data entry will automatically direct you to the secure version and will not work over unsecure connections.

Registration for Online Products and Services
To allow us to provide you with our services, we will request you enter some personal details, including contact information. We will then transfer you to our payment gateway where you will be able to securely enter your banking details directly with our merchant account agents. As stated previously, we do not have access to your billing details.
One-off and regular subscription payments are all handled by our payment partners, WorldPay and PayPal (the one you choose is up to you). We do not receive details such as credit-card numbers and addresses - all we are told is the amount and status of the payments as, and when, they are made.
Information Use
Information you provide us with, for example, while signing up for a hosting account may be utilized to ensure proper billing and validation when requesting technical support.
Your e-mail address may be used to receive any updates, technical information or information necessary to the effective running of your account. Your e-mail address is not distributed to our business partners or affiliates unless you request we do so (signing up for a merchant account etc.). However please bear in mind that if you do visit a partner or affiliate website they may have alternative privacy policies to us, we urge you to be vigilant and check their privacy policies.
Your e-mail address will not be used anything other than urgent and important announcements (such as when our Terms & Conditions are updated). Special Offers and Promotions cannot be sent in this manor.
As an extra, we provide access to a range of mailing-lists, including an announcement list where all minor updates and changes as well as new promotions are sent. You are free to join and leave these mailing lists as and when you want. Our goal is to deliver e-mails that are relevant to you. We do not endorse "SPAM" messaging.
Information Processing
As we are based in the European Union we abide by the data protection laws enforced in this coalition of countries, if you are visiting (i.e. browsing) from a country outside of the United Nation we will still enforce the comprehensive laws of the United Nation, no exceptions are made for your location unless there is a legal enforcement.
JAB Web Solutions Limited aims to provide confidential dealings with its customers. We will not provide data to third parties unless we are requested to by a legal body. We do not endorse third party marketing campaigns or information gathering techniques.
Individuals aged under 18
At present we do not allow individuals under the age of eighteen (18) to sign up for our services. Whilst they are free to browse our website they may not sign up for any hosting accounts or purchase any products. We do not knowingly allow individuals under eighteen (18) to submit any data to our website. If data is submitted by an individual under the age of eighteen (18), and we are aware of this, we will take steps to remedy the situation whenever possible.
