At JAB Web Solutions, we work hard to make sure we provide you with the highest quality customer service, as you should expect from us. We therefore don't provide you with just a single method to contract us; there are a whole range of options available.
There is no preferred method - we want you to contact us using the way you're most comfortable with.
The options are:
- Ticket-based Support
From any page, you can click on Support option above and then click on Submit a Ticket link to create a new ticket. Whenever there are updates or messages you will be updated by e-mail;
- LiveChat
When online, click on LiveChat icon above (available on almost every page) to start a conversation with a member of our staff. You can select which Team you want to talk to as well. If no-one is available (away, busy or offline) you can leave a ticket and we'll do our best to get back in contact with you as soon as possible;
- E-Mail or Phone/Fax
Visit our Contact Us page to view our main e-mail addresses and phone numbers, or call us free on 0800 043 0153 to speak with a member of staff. You can also send us a fax on 0870 622 0581.
- Urgent Requests
If you have an urgent problem, you can send it to urgent (at) jabwebsolutions.co.uk (or Submit a Ticket marked as Urgent or Ciritical) and the appropriate team will be SMS'ed to let them know you have an urgent request.
